Cheese ball with blue cheese

Long time family favorite especially during U of M (GO BLUE) football games. DH and I could eat this everyday..we love it!

I also submitted this to the Fall Foods blogging event from Joelen’s Culinary Adventures as part of the Oct. blogging events. Check out her blog after Oct. 13 for all the great, delicious recipes!

ENJOY!

Ingredients:

2 packages cream cheese

1/2 block blue cheese

1 package onion soup mix

Chopped walnuts to roll ball in

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, blue cheese, and onion soup. Form into ball.

Roll into chopped walnuts.

Chill overnight..flavors are better after resting overnight!

Serve with Toasteds Sesame Crackers…YUM!
