Turkey Mini Meatloaves and Tasty Tools next tool event!

I had an ice cream scooper that I have only used for ice cream, but wanted to see what else I could use it for. I found this recipe from Noodle Nights and Muffins Mornings blog and found using the scooper was perfect for making these mini-meatloaves. It portioned out just the right amount of meatloaf and dropped into the cupcake pan easily. See where you can use your scoopers in your kitchen other than ice cream! 🙂
Check out Joelen’s blog on May 5th, 08 for all the SCOOPER results!
Enjoy!
