Cheesecake blondies

Ingredients:
Blondies(From: Bakingblonde)
8 T. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. almond extract
pinch salt
1 c. flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Butter an 8×8″ pan.
Mix melted butter with brown sugar-beat until smooth.
Beat in egg and then vanilla.
Add salt, stir in flour.
Pour into prepared pan, top with cheesecake.
Cheesecake (From: Carrie)
8 oz. package cream cheese , softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sugar and butter; beat until creamy.
Add eggs one at a time until mixed well.
Mix in milk and extract and pour over blondies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set in the middle. Cool on rack before cutting.
I loved these!!!
LOVE that combo! I tend to swirl my cheesecake batter with the blondie batter but yours look divine!
I need to make this… we love cheesecake!
