Clean eating hot cocoa

WOW nothing better on a cold morning than hot cocoa. But when you are clean eating, some pleasures go out the window, or do they? Found on Gracious Pantry this is perfect and clean eating too! YAY!

ENJOY!

Ingredients:
(Makes 4 cups)
4 cups unsweetened soy milk-I used skim milk
3/4 cup agave (you can always add more, but the marshmallows are very sweet)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cayenne (optional)-I have tried this recipe with and without this and both ways are great!!!
3 Tbsp. unsweetened powdered cocoa

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a pot and warm over medium to medium high heat. Stir constantly with a whisk. Pour into cups, top with marshmallows.
**from gracious pantry:For a nice presentation, sprinkle a little cocoa powder over your marshmallows.
