A great, very healthy smoothie…perfect for post workouts. Adding a banana to this as well is great too. The pumpkin and banana flavors work well together and the banana gives it a good thick texture. This one doesnt include the banana though.

Another great smoothie with spinach…cant even taste it and it fills you up!

Ingredients:
1 cups mixed frozen berries
1 scoop protein powder
1 large handful spinach
1 cup skim milk
Directions:
Throw everything into the blender and blend very well. Serve very cold.

Dole has great mixed fruit bags in the freezer section. I came across their tropical mix the other day and thought it would be great in my smoothie. It was fruity, tasty, and went perfectly with my vanilla protein powder!

Another great filling smoothie!

1 cup chopped peaches-fresh or frozen
1 cup ff yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
