mmmm what a perfect topping for chocolate cupcakes at the holidays. This had just a slight peppermint taste, just enough to go perfectly with chocolate. I used my Hershey’s perfectly chocolate cupcake recipe I have previous used and topped them with this fantastic frosting!

I have found my new favorite frosting. OMG the marshmallow butter cream is smooth, buttery, and not too sweet. It came together easily and was ADDICTING. I couldn’t stop tasting it!
