No-Meat Tater Tot Casserole

Cheese and potatoes ..need I say more?? This was a great comfort meal dish from Recipezaar. It went perfectly with out BBQ chicken!

1 chopped onion
3 stalks chopped celery
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
