Italian Chops


1/2-1 bottle of favorite Italian dressing–I use Ken’s zesty Italian or Kraft Italian

4-8 Thick center-cut, boneless pork chops

Onion chunks (optional)


Pour half bottle for 4 chops, or whole bottle for 8 chops of Italian dressing into slow cooker. Put in pork chops and optional onion. Cook low 2-4 hours. They should be almost falling apart.

Serve with corn on cob or steamed broccoli, light salad, roll, and rice.
