1 package yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine ( I always use butter)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. confectioner sugar
Mix base. Spread into a prepared 9×13 pan. Mix filling and pour over base. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins. Keep an eye on it. Should be golden brown with puffed up middle. Middle will sink as it cools. Let cool completely, cut, and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers!!
