Healthy Sauted Chicken

I was looking for a quick, healthy chicken recipe to cook up. I wanted to use the Spicy grilled chicken recipe I had found, but our new grill isn’t quite ready, so I had to make do. This makes enough for two people.





Two chicken breasts cut into strips

EVOO for pan

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp red pepper flakes

salt and pepper

2 tbsp lemon juice


Heat oil in pan (enough to cover bottom of pan). Once oil is warm add garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute 3 mins. Add chicken and salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and a bit golden brown. Add lemon juice. Saute until almost all the liquid is gone.  Serve over pasta or veggies.
