Tasty Tools: Blender Banana Nut Bread

This months Tasty Tools event is using a blender for something other than a beverage. It was difficult to find a good recipe using my blender that wasn’t ice cream (all the recipes for a blender I could find were for ice cream!!), as I don’t have an ice cream maker. I found that using a blender for sweet breads is just as easy at the mixer. Check out Joelen’s blog, Joelen’s Culinary Adventures Tasty Tools May for all the wonderful recipes, http://joelens.blogspot.com/2008/05/tasty-tools-blender-challenge.html .

ENJOY!
