A very, quick and delicious grilled potato!
2-4 red skin potatoes (enough for 2-4 people)
1 tbsp garlic powder or more if you prefer
1 tbsp Italian seasonings mix or more if you prefer
2-3 tbsp evoo to toss potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Slice potatoes to make thick, long slices. Put in a bowl with the other ingredients. Toss well and let sit 10 mins to help the flavors settle. Place each slice on medium high grill (we put down foil first and put the potatoes on the foil so they wouldn’t fall through the wide grill grate). Grill about 10-15 mins. Flip and grill until done. Serve warm!
