Citrus basil tilapia with peppers

I love trying new spices! I was so excited to finally try out the Citrus Basil seasoning mix from Pampered Chef. This light, fragrant and delicious tasting mix adds excellent taste to fish or chicken. It doesnt over power the meat, but enhances the natural flavors. I also enjoyed it tossed with our veggies. Also has been used on crushed hot potatoes and other veggies by some of the WC nesties! Several of them give high recommendations for this seasoning!

ENJOY!

Ingredients:
Citrus basil seasoning (Pampered Chef) enough to sprinkle on fish
Green pepper roughly chopped
1 green onion roughly chopped
Evoo to cover bottom of pan
lemon wedges

Directions:
Warm pan over medium heat. Add evoo and coat bottom of pan. Once warm add green peppers and green onion. Cook 2-3 mins. Sprinkle tilapia with citrus basil seasoning and add a bit of the seasoning to the peppers and onions. Toss with veggies. Add tilapia to pan. Cook 3-4 mins per side or until done.  Top tilapia with peppers and onions, squeeze lemon juice onto each piece and serve with hot crushed potatoes (see blog recipe) and steamed broccoli!
