Spicy Lime Salmon

I love trying out new flavors and spices and I wanted something new for salmon. Not sure where I found this or came up with it, but it is agreat mix of sweet and savory. The spices really helped bring out the lime flavor which enhances the salmon. This can be grilled, but I did it in a pan with a bit of evoo!

2 salmon fillets
1/4 cup evoo for marinade and more for bottom of pan
1/4 cup lime juice
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper for taste

Add all ingredients to Ziploc or Tupperware. Let marinate 1 hour.

Heat pan over medium heat. Add evoo and warm. Once warm add salmon and discard marinade. Cook salmon about 4-5 minutes per side or until done and a nice browning/crispness appears. Serve with basic risotto and fresh fruit for a nice light summery meal!
