Rum and Pineapple Chicken
Posted: August 11, 2008 Filed under: Chicken, Grilled, Light and healthy, Low Carb, Quick 2 CommentsI wanted to find a great recipe to submit to Joelen’s Culinary Adventures Taste of the Tropics blogging event for August. I saw this recipe online and tweaked it to what we like! The original recipe bakes the chicken in the marinade, but we decided it would be great grilled too. I also omitted several ingredients as well as adding in our own. My recipe is featured below!
