Quick SUPER spicy, lemon garlic shrimpPosted: August 13, 2008
Had extra shrimp on hand, so I whipped up a great shrimp recipe! It is nice and light and healthy!
10 shrimp tails and shells off
Juice of one lemon
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp (or a lot less to your taste! it is spicy) cayenne pepper
s and p
Evoo for pan
Heat oil in pan. Once warm add garlic and saute 30 secs-1 minute! Add lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Saute about 30 secs. Add shrimp with s and p and cook until pink and a thick glaze forms on it about 4-5 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and veggies of the season!
