Herbed chicken with lemon spaghetti

Chicken meals can get so boring, so quickly. So tonight to help dazzle H’s work guests, I wanted to find a good chicken recipe to go with the lemon spaghetti I love! I decided to just saute some chicken with herbs and toss it into the spaghetti! So good..serve with garlic bread and salad and it is a great meal!



4 chicken breasts chopped into medium chunks
1 tbsp of Italian seasonings
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp evoo
salt and pepper to taste
angel hair pasta enough for each guest
1 cup cooked or steamed broccoli
2/3 cup lemon juice
2/3 cups evoo
fresh basil roughly chopped

Marinate the chicken chunks in the Italian seasons, s and p, garlic, and evoo. Marinate 30 mins to overnight. Heat pan with evoo. Toss in chicken and saute until cooked through. While chicken is cooking,  boil water with a tsp of salt. Once boiling, add pasta. Boil 3-4 mins. Drain and toss with lemon juice, evoo, basil, broccoli, and chicken. Serve warm!
