Citrus, garlic salmon

For a change in our regular salmon recipes of using fruits and glazes, I decided to raid my spice drawer tonight and come up with something new. I used my Pampered Chef spices of Citrus Basil and Garlic and Peppercorn Rub. The two mixed together and sauteed created a great flavor for an easy weekly meal!

**Make sure the fish is completely dry to help brown the fish. If wet you wont get good browning flavor!

Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets-Ours were without bones (carefully take out if needed) and skinless
Citrus and Basil Rub from Pampered Chef
Garlic and Peppercorn Rub from Pampered Chef
Evoo for pan
rice
veggies

Directions:
Pat salmon fillets to dry. Rub spices on each fillet. Heat oil in pan. Once warm add fillets spice side down. Cook for about 4-5 mins. Flip and cook 4-5 mins more or until flaky! Serve over rice or steamed veggies.
