Grapefruit Martini

After a recent family wedding of Sommer and Chris D., I fell in love with grapefruit martinis.  It was the bride’s signature drink at the wedding. After the wedding, it has become my “go to drink”. They are very refreshing and light tasting. I love that I can use fresh squeezed grapefruit juice with all the wonderful grapefruits coming into season here in Tampa. The fresh squeezed gives it such a fresh flavor and a great use of in season fruits!

I also submitted this to the Martini Mixer Adventure with Joelen’s Culinary Adventures. Check out her blog for all the tasty recipes later this month!

ENJOY!
