To use up the rest of our champagne from NYE, we decided to whip up some mimosas! So easy and OH SO GOOD!
1 bottle champagne…We used Moet
1 pitcher OJ…we used part fresh squeezed and part Tropicana
Pour two parts of champagne to two parts OJ into a large champagne glass or wine glass. Garnish with orange peel! Serve very cold!
