Tiny Loaves…Italian Style

What a great meatloaf dinner. We arent the traditional meatloaf kind of people, but when I saw this I knew this was out of the ordinary and a perfect weeknight meal for us. This would be great paired with a side of spaghetti and garlic bread! I found this on the What’s Cooking Board. Amber shared it with me and I am glad she did!

1 pound ground beef-I used gr. turkey breast lean
1 egg, beaten
1 cup spaghetti sauce; divided
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup panko
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Gently mix 3/4 cup of the spaghetti sauce and remaining ingredients together.
Divide into 4 equal size pieces and form into desired shape. Place onto greased cookie sheet.
Smother each loaf with the remaining spaghetti sauce and top with extra cheese if desired.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until internal temp is 160.
