Peach Smoothie

Another great filling smoothie!

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped peaches-fresh or frozen
1 cup ff yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup ice if fruit is  fresh
splash of ff milk or low cal juice

Directions:
Throw all ingredients in blender and blend well. Make sure all peaches are blended. Serve immediately.
