Fun, fabulous, and quick to make! I have seen these little cuties pop up all of the cooking blog world and had to make them. Originally from Bakerella, these are great for summer bbqs, kids get togethers, and for pure enjoyment. I did use a mix for the cupcakes and brownies so I could focus on the detail of them instead!
12-24 cupcake depending on how many you want
1 9×13 pan of brownies cut with an 1-1/5 inch cookie cutter to make the “patties”-Check the size cutter youneed with the cupcake before cutting them out. Some need larger and some people have used smaller.
1 cup red frosting
1 cup green frosting
1 cup yellow frosting
Cut cupcakes in half to make the “buns”. Top the bottom bun with a brownie burger. Drizzle “mustard (yellow frosting) and “ketchup” (red frosting) on patty. Zigzag the “lettuce” (green frosting) on top of “ketchup” and “mustard”. Top with bun topper. Lightly moisten the top bun and sprinkle sesame seeds on. Serve and wow your guests!!!
