Candy Corn Parfait

Not a parfait of candy corns, but a parfait to look just like a candy corn!! I love it and it was great. A nice light dessert that looks awesome. This was found in the latest Food Network Magazine. This makes one large parfait or two smaller ones. I got two smaller ones by using a wine glass or martini glass rather than a brandy glass.

1 large orange
1 -2 tbsp orange liqueur
3 tbsp lemon curd
1/4 cup whipped cream
1 tbsp crushed shortbread cookies (optional for garnish)

Peel and segment the orange. Chop the segments and toss with orange liqueur  and set aside for 10 minutes.
Spoon the lemon curd into glass. Top with a thin layer of whipped cream, then top with the oranges. Top with remaining whipped cream and optional shortbread cookies.
