A great, very healthy smoothie…perfect for post workouts. Adding a banana to this as well is great too. The pumpkin and banana flavors work well together and the banana gives it a good thick texture. This one doesnt include the banana though.
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2-1 cup skim milk or ff yogurt
dash of cinnamon for mixture and to decorate top
a few cubes of ice
Mix all ingredients into blender. Blend until very smooth. Pour into glass and put a dash of cinnamon on top. Serve immediately.
