Sun-dried tomato dip

This is one of my favorite dips. I had this originally at a family birthday party this past summer. Kylie brought this dip of hers to the party and it was gone in just a short time. With our annual wine party coming up, I knew this was one of the dishes I wanted to make. It makes a lot but it goes quick, so having a lot is OK! 🙂


1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 12 oz sour cream
1 8 oz feta cheese crumbles
3/4 of a jar of sun-dried tomatoes-drained and chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
garlic, salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano

Mix cheeses together well. Mix in basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Add in seasonings to taste. Cover and refridge for 2 hours or more. The longer it sits the better. Making it the night before works best so all the flavors meld together. Serve with gourmet crackers-garlic, thin sesame, and wheat crackers work well.
