Grilled Chicken Burrito with homemade taco seasonings

In an effort to eat better and more cleanly, I have been researching a ton of recipes for H and I.As we love Mexican foods I was in search of a good taco seasoning that wasnt loaded down with process foods. I found these two recipes on the Clean Eating Club site.

ENJOY and be healthy!

Ingredients: makes 2, I doubled to make enough for H and I
6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp. red onion, chopped
1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/8 avocado
2 whole wheat tortilla- I used some organic ones from SweetBay Markets

Directions:
Season chicken breast (see seasonings below)
Bake or grill chicken breast approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool chicken breast and cut into thin slices.
Place tortilla between 2 paper towels. Place in microwave and heat (on high) for 10 seconds.
Put all ingredients on tortilla and wrap.

Taco seasonings:
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. paprika
3 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.
If using with ground meats like in a normal taco recipe, do add water as you would with the taco seasonings packets and cook down. I just seasoned my chicken and grilled.
