Grilled shrimp and scallop skewers

mmmmmm SOO GOOD and easy on a Friday night in Lent! I threw together some shrimp and scallops on a skewer and the grilled up perfectly!


Ingredients:Makes 4-6 skewers
10-12 shrimp peeled
10-12 scallops
white wine
minced garlic about a clove or two
lemon pepper seasonings
lemon juice

Toss shrimp and scallops with white wine, lemon juice, seasonings and garlic. Let marinate for 15 mins.
Heat grilled and oil it a bit. Skewer fish and grill 5-6 mins per side.
Serve immediately with rice and steamed veggies!
