Apple cider pork roast

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be difficult, tasteless or include crazy ingredients. You can enjoy your favorites lightened up and easy peasy!

This recipe was great to put together on a gloomy Tuesday and come home to a warm house smelling delicious!

**I sometimes add a bit of honey to the cider as well for an added sweetness.**

And I forgot the picture. Once I use up the leftovers, I’ll add a picture! Sorry!

Ingredients:

2-3 pound pork roast

1 cup apple cider or juice

Garlic powder, oregano, onion powder and salt and pepper all to your liking 

Directions:

Place roast in crock pot. Pour juice and any other water (if needed) over pork. Season well. Set crock pot. Once completed, let roast sit for 5 mins then slice and serve. You can also add potatoes, carrots and onions to the crock to cook with the pork as well!
