How big of a loaf is this? I have a 1 lb. loaf machine and that looks about the size we get.

    Sounds awesome!

Has anyone tried increasing the proportion of whole wheat (for a 2-cup flour breadmaker) with good results? I’m wondering if any of the other ingredients need to be adjusted as more and more whole wheat is added.
